Following a series of preliminary meetings with Lumen Innovation Limited, both parties engaged in comprehensive discussions on market demand and strategies to enhance the design of the stone-extraction basket. On February 26, 2018, UShare Medical and Lumen Innovation Limited formally signed an agreement to initiate the stone-extraction basket development project, marking the official launch of this strategic collaboration.
